Coolness is something that has no date to it so it seems. Thanks to the football these guys are leaning on in this case we can date the coolness to 1927! The year Charles Lindburgh flew across the Pacific. That has nothing to do with these dapper fellows beating the snow to play their game. We have found a great collection of four vintage prints showing the same team, on the same spot with the same coach for over a few years. We simply love them for their unconstructed air of sportsmanship, well dressed coolness and a peak into a long gone era. This is the power of vintage photography. You simply cannot help yourself but thinking about what would these guys would be doing roughly 15 years from this date for example.
